On the evening of 17th December 2022, The Claridges New Delhi played host to lauded British Indian Chef Asma Khan, as she curated and created a veritable, royal feast for the guests in attendance. Many food industry titans, chefs, and critics were present at the event. Chef Asma Khan suffused her Bengali roots with a Mughal influence, to produce delectable meals unlike any other. Gastronomic gems like Hyderabadi dalcha, narangi pulao, Ammu’s lamb biryani, kaju aloo, lachedar paratha, among others, were served up for the awed and salivating guests. It was a tantalization of the senses and a journey of the mind, no one is likely to forget.
